Breathe and Remain Faithful

Encouragement Today

design-80I was at a loss in what to write about for tomorrows blog entry and just before I got on here, I sent a friend a message telling her how drained I was from watching my child struggle for over a week with this debilitating migraine.

This was the quote I came across. It hit me like a ton of bricks and provided me with encouragement, so it is my prayer it does for you as well.

“Sometimes the best thing you can do is not think, not wonder, not imagine, not obsess. Just breathe and have faith that everything will work out for the best.”

My friend, I do not know what your struggle is or what your cross to bear is, but it is my prayer you are encouraged by these words I stumbled on tonight.

Remember you are not alone. God is holding you up no matter how weary and weak you may feel.

Find your place of peace and allow God to refresh your mind, body, and soul.

Hugs my Friend!

Disclaimer: God is so good. Before I got this blog post to a final posting state, I had a friend text me similar words, but only through scripture. She had no idea I was struggling to write something tonight when pure exhaustion had captured my mind and fear and worry had my heart consumed.

I had to share this with you, because God is good at all times to meet us exactly where we need Him. My friend, God will do this for you as well.

Be Encouraged Sweet Friend. God knows exactly where you are and what you need.

Beyond this, if you feel so inclined to pray for her, she is at the end of the line on this migraine. Her migraine specialist is giving her prednisone to help her but if this does not work she will have to be hospitalized to get this one under control.

It is my prayer God will use this steroid to get this migraine back under control.
